American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society was founded in 1913 in New York City. It was founded as the American Society for the Control of Cancer. The American Cancer Society is committed to creating a world where there is less struggle with cancer for those who have it, and to create an enviorment with less cancer. Within the year of 2016, the American Cancer Society came as #13 out of the 100 most largest and succesful charities.
