Smile Train

Smile train was founded in 1999. The charity provides corrective surgery for children with cleft palates to help them smile. Most children with cleft palates cannot eat or speak properly, not allowing them to attend school or ever get a job. On the Forbes website, Smile Train was said to be the 96th Largest Chartity in the U.S in 2016. Also, did you know that only $250 can cover the cost of a surgery. In other words, only $250 could save a life and give happiness to a person in need.
